One cup after breakfast. Maybe a 2nd around 3pm if i’m flagging and i’m deep into some code. It’s great for concentrating! Although I hear Tea is better for being creative!

I drink coffee and milk (caffelatte) or simple espresso prepared from a Italian Moka coffee machine (Bialetti type) every morning for breakfast (sometimes my daughter helps in the preparation), afterwards I normally drink another coffee a day (either cappuccino or another caffelatte). In this company, coffee, black tea and hot chocolate are free of charge so you could drink as much coffee as you like (and some people do), but I limit myself to one or maximum two a day (if I am very sleepy) and rarely plain espressos.

As coffee is an addictive drink which is not very good for sleeping and can make you nervous, I would ideally limit it to one a day but it is difficult to reduce the dosage since it gives the brain the feeling of having received an extra little push
